Meet Sara and her son Ibrohim from Uzbekistan! They have been participants in HSP’s Family Support Center (FSC) since September 2023. From her first visit to the FSC for ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) classes, Sara has been motivated to become fluent in English and to secure a job to help support her family. As Sara worked on her goals, her children were provided loving care and early education in the FSC’s child development program. Sara faithfully attended ESOL classes, and the many other English Language focused activities provided at the FSC. She faced many obstacles on the way to meeting her goals, and the FSC team stood by her side all the way. Through Sara’s hard work and determination, her English quickly improved, and she recently secured a job! We are very proud of and happy for Sara and her family!
