You’re invited! From Saturday, November 30 through Saturday, December 7, Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc., will present its 10th annual signature fundraising event, Gingerbread Festival!
Last year, our wonderful community came together raising over $30,000 through Gingerbread Festival – making it our best year, yet! Such community support helped us to continue to provide much- needed services to the families and individuals we serve through our programs: Shelter Program & Housing Services, Home Energy Program, Family Support Program, Economic Mobility and Financial Education Services.
